Flava Kitchen & More
An urban oasis in the heart of Budapest where culture and the flavours of the world meet.
At the turn of the century, the legendary building of Verno House and Flava was the epicenter of Budapest’s social life. As of 2023, this iconic venue has regained its prominence in the capital’s cultural and tourism scene. With this, the dream of István Széchenyi and the BDPST Group has come to life: the creation of an urban oasis, a true inner-city jungle offering refuge to those seeking a break from the bustling streets in the embrace of nature.
Flava Kitchen & More, awarded a Michelin recommendation in both 2023 and 2024, is built on the sharing concept, allowing larger groups to easily share the ever-evolving menu. The restaurant’s selection brings together the essence of cuisines from around the world, creating a fresh and unique dining experience.
The culinary delights are further elevated by an exceptional drink selection, featuring fine wines, exciting cocktails, and champagnes that perfectly complement the carefree moments. The wine list includes outstanding Hungarian selections as well as premium international labels, while the cocktails capture the jungle-inspired atmosphere of Flava and Verno House in a glass.
In the autumn of 2024, Flava Kitchen & More established a strategic partnership with Eminente, a rum brand under LVMH’s Moët Hennessy division, one of the world’s leading luxury groups. As a result, Flava became Eminente’s first brand ambassador. Through this collaboration, Eminente products will take center stage in the restaurant’s beverage offerings, and any new products from the brand will make their debut at Flava.
The summer of 2024 also marked the launch of Flava Kitchen & More’s first satellite location, Flava Beach, at Kopaszi-gát. Here, guests can immerse themselves in the Flava lifestyle along the Danube, where three key elements come together: a bar, a bistro, and a separately accessible beach, offering a unique escape for those seeking refreshment.
