The exclusive new club tailored to leisure and recreational needs is to offer a restaurant, different wellness and fitness services, tennis courts, a Kids Club designed for children as well as a multi-purpose field to those who wish to do sports, rest and relax. Refurbished to modern standards and reflecting the ambience of the Svábhegy area, the building opened its doors to guests in the summer of 2023. Following its development and meeting the highest expectations, the new building complex is to await its visitors, whether adults or children, to make them enjoy the broad range of services of the facility in maximum comfort.
Founded by several members of the previous Illés (later on Fonográf) Band, the Fonográf Club operated in Költő utca, 12th district of Budapest, between 1985 and 2003. Having a restaurant as well as a sauna, the civic club could be visited after obtaining a membership card, and famous Hungarian persons like Judit Halász and János Bródy also liked staying there. And, urban legends say that, among others, Carlos Santana and the band Queen also visited the club.

The first stage of the investment started with the demolition works of the old building of the Fonográf Restaurant and Civic Club in the spring of 2021. The development has also received the necessary official authorisations, therefore the construction works can start when the demolition phase has been finished. And, the last phase of development included landscaping and landscape architecture works while laying great emphasis on the restoration of green spaces, thanks to which the place can regain its original beauty that is close to nature.
