Its goal is to offer modern, competitively priced products and services based on customer needs through responsible and transparent operations and the maximum utilization of modern information technology tools, thereby becoming a reliable player in the domestic insurance sector. In 2024, Gránit Biztosító Zrt. acquired a majority stake in Posta Biztosítók, and by the end of November 2025, it had acquired a 100% stake in Magyar Posta Biztosító Zrt.
