The chef of the restaurant, combines traditional dishes with today’s techniques, as a result of which gourmet courses mixing different textures and flavours are served on the plates. Along with the delicious dishes, the selection of Tokaj Wines also forms a key part of the menu thanks to Executive Sommelier Tamás Langó. The wine list is continuously growing and contains Tokaj Wines only, so the guests can try the drinks prepared with great care by the wineries of Tokaj.
