The legendary castle of Tura was built by order of Baron Sigmund Schossberger as a sign of his love for his wife in 1883. The state of the building evoking the charm of the châteaux of the Loire Valley had deteriorated dramatically by the 2000s, however, it was saved from complete destruction and was filled with new life thanks to the investment carried out by BDPST Group in 2016.
The jewel box of the castle is Clarisse restaurant, which awaits its guests with intimate atmosphere, mouth-watering dishes composed by Chef György Szűcs as well as Hungarian and international wines selected by Executive Sommelier Tamás Langó carefully, together with exciting cocktails.
The visitors can experience local gastronomy, and, also, the history of the castle, its unique environment rich in natural resources and the harmony of sustainability in the world of Clarisse.

In 2023, the restaurant Clarisse of the Castle of Turai Botaniq has again received a Michelin recommendation from the Michelin Guide inspectors in the 2023 Michelin Guide Hungary, thus maintaining the recommendation it received in 2022.
