BDPST Group has reached an important milestone with its international market entry. BDPST Hotel Management Zrt has been operating its newest hotel in Spain since 15 July 2021. Opened in the town of Los Alcazares, the province of Murcia, the hotel awaits its guests with 84 rooms.

The company that is currently operating the 4-star hotel in the town of Los Alcazares was established by BDPST Hotel Management Zrt. The property has been awaiting the visitors who wish to relax with 84 rooms, a restaurant, a bar as well as a banquet hall with the capacity of 150 persons in the province of Murcia since 15 July. In view of the Covid situation in Spain, the hotel received guests in the second half of the season first, and 90% of them came from the local market.

BDPST Hotel Management Zrt is the consulting company of BDPST Group and is in charge of hotel management and hotel development. The sale and purchase agreement of the hotel, which has only been operated by the group so far, is ready for signature. Along with the current transaction, further hotels are also to be purchased in Spain. The expansion has not stopped, thus, the aim is to explore further possibilities for acquisition in Spain.
