BDPST Hotel Zrt is looking for a Hotel Feasibility and Investment Analyst to provide support to the Strategic Development team and other key departments by undertaking market research & competitive environment analysis, financial analysis and other research & due diligence support.

Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Carry out strategic hospitality/industry market research, preparation of feasibility and highest and best use studies, conduct valuations and perform market due diligence activities, competitor research
- Financial modelling, review and analysis of financial statements, annual business plans, budgets
- Assisting in hospitality operator and brand selection processes, management and franchise agreement term sheet reviews and analysis
- Assistance with preparation of proposals and pitch materials for prospective business opportunities, key meeting deliverables and presentations
- Support Hotel Strategic Development and other relevant teams in setting strategic direction for hospitality development efforts
- Build relationships with industry contacts to facilitate research capabilities
Requirement of the Candidate:
- General hotel industry knowledge and understanding is required
- Undergraduate degree in Hotel Management / Finance / Economics or related field
- 1 – 2 years of work experience in either hotel consulting, feasibility, finance, strategy, hotel management or similar role
- Extensive financial modeling capabilities and proficiency in various types of valuation and investment return analyses
- Ability to work with and build financial spreadsheets (in Excel), format documents (Word), prepare PowerPoint presentations, and leverage other web-based tools
- Relevant experience preparing feasibility analysis and P&L projections for hotels
- Understanding USALI accounting standards
- Extremely detail oriented yet ability to ‘see the bigger picture’
- Pro-active with ability to self-learn
- Fluency in English is required including excellent written skills
- Willingness to travel if required
- Passion for the industry and pro-active awareness of tourism/hotel/investment market trends
- Thorough understanding of valuation of real estate, hotel investment and/or financing

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the website of BDPST Group on behalf of myself and my colleagues. Allow me to present you with the cornerstones of our group of companies briefly.
The desire to create has always been part of human personality. BDPST Group was founded in 2015 along this mindset, and it determines the operation of the group these days, as well. To the extent possible, our primary aim is to create a lasting value, something that can move our community and society further.
I believe that our intellectual, moral and cultural heritage serving as a guide in our life also obliges us. We must preserve and pass on the values created.
The fundamental principles of our group are creating, building, and, maybe the most important of all, value creation. The operation of BDPST Group is determined by these, and it also includes the renewal of our real estate heritage, increasing the attractiveness of our tourism or modernising the financial and logistics sector.
We wish to build a bridge between the heritage of the past and the values of a sustainable future. Being our most outstanding real estate development project, BOTANIQ Castle of Tura is a perfect example for this: it respects the traditions of the past and meets the requirements of modern age at the same time.
In line with the present and future challenges, we completed our continuously improving investment portfolio and entered new fields in 2021 while retaining the pillars of the operation of our group.
We also extended our operation to the financial market: this is how Gránit Bank became member of BDPST Group. It is a financial institution that is a pioneer in the fields of innovation and digitization, hereby creating value for its clients. Building further on this, the financial service portfolio of BDPST Group was completed by Diófa Asset Management and Equilor Investment Corporation, thanks to which we have an overall presence on the financial market now.
We entered the logistics sector in 2022, and we became part of the development of Waberer’s International with more than 75 years of experience.
We have come a long way since our group was established, and, in the meantime, we have been able to renew ourselves permanently and rely on the characteristics of the different areas thanks to our diversified portfolio.
