BDPST Hotel Zrt is looking for a Hotel Feasibility and Investment Analyst to provide support to the Strategic Development team and other key departments by undertaking market research & competitive environment analysis, financial analysis and other research & due diligence support.

Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Carry out strategic hospitality/industry market research, preparation of feasibility and highest and best use studies, conduct valuations and perform market due diligence activities, competitor research
- Financial modelling, review and analysis of financial statements, annual business plans, budgets
- Assisting in hospitality operator and brand selection processes, management and franchise agreement term sheet reviews and analysis
- Assistance with preparation of proposals and pitch materials for prospective business opportunities, key meeting deliverables and presentations
- Support Hotel Strategic Development and other relevant teams in setting strategic direction for hospitality development efforts
- Build relationships with industry contacts to facilitate research capabilities
Requirement of the Candidate:
- General hotel industry knowledge and understanding is required
- Undergraduate degree in Hotel Management / Finance / Economics or related field
- 1 – 2 years of work experience in either hotel consulting, feasibility, finance, strategy, hotel management or similar role
- Extensive financial modeling capabilities and proficiency in various types of valuation and investment return analyses
- Ability to work with and build financial spreadsheets (in Excel), format documents (Word), prepare PowerPoint presentations, and leverage other web-based tools
- Relevant experience preparing feasibility analysis and P&L projections for hotels
- Understanding USALI accounting standards
- Extremely detail oriented yet ability to ‘see the bigger picture’
- Pro-active with ability to self-learn
- Fluency in English is required including excellent written skills
- Willingness to travel if required
- Passion for the industry and pro-active awareness of tourism/hotel/investment market trends
- Thorough understanding of valuation of real estate, hotel investment and/or financing
