Heritage Hotels of Europe (HHE) unites European associations, the main mission of which is the promotion of the castles located in their countries as well as the preservation of their heritage. Every year, the federation rewards castle hotels that combine the history and heritage of the houses with modern services in the best possible way. When BOTANIQ Castle of Tura was being renovated, the preservation of the traditions of the castle and its combining with modern functions proved to be of key importance, and it was also recognised by HHE in 2022.

Being reborn as the development project of BDPST Group, the walls of BOTANIQ Castle of Tura are intertwined with the history of the former aristocratic family home everywhere. During the renovation works, it proved to be extremely important to harmonise this history with the development of hotel services and their modernity perfectly. The 19-room hotel offers complex wellness and spa services, a fitness area, two restaurants and a fascinating castle garden to all those who wish to relax in a truly special environment.

The wellness division of the hotel was recognised by the Heritage Hotels of Europe federation as well as its visitors in 2022. The federation of associations uniting European castle hotels organised its gala evening for the third time now, and it rewarded the castle hotels of the continent in a number of categories. Along with other Hungarian hotels, BOTANIQ Castle of Tura was also rewarded: located not more than 50 kilometres away from Budapest, the hotel finished second in the Heritage & Wellness category.

The wellness centre of the hotel is open all day, and it can be used by the guests any time during their stay in the hotel. Visiting the hotel with the aim of complete relaxation, the guests can find a number of special treatments and services here in the spa division on nearly 400 square metres, which is inspired by the flowers and plants of the castle garden.

The outdoor and indoor pools offer refreshment in colder and warmer weather alike. After bathing, guests can relax in the cosy relaxation area together, as well. Furthermore, the spa offers, among others, a Finnish sauna and a plunge pool, a steam room and a salt room supporting complete relaxation. Besides, appointments for massage, facial and body treatments can also be booked during the stay in the hotel. Herbal baths and spa rituals can be added to the treatments, and they are also available on their own. The offers are also sold in the package for couples.
