Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Budapest opens its doors

On 31 July 2026, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Budapest officially opened its doors at Dorothea Hotel, Budapest, Autograph Collection. The opening marks the debut of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global in Central Europe, making Budapest the first city in the region to welcome the world-renowned chef’s restaurant concept. The restaurant generated exceptional interest even before its opening, with several hundred table reservations made within the first 24 hours of the online booking system going live.

In Budapest, the British heritage of Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill is complemented by Hungarian ingredients and local culinary influences. Alongside Gordon Ramsay’s iconic dishes – including Beef Wellington, Fish & Chips and Sticky Toffee Pudding – the menu features dishes made with Mangalica pork, chicken paprikash and lángos topped with summer truffle from the Jászság region and foie gras.

The nearly 160-seat restaurant was developed under the professional direction of BDPST Property Development and BDPST Koncept, based on the designs of Patina Studio. The interior concept combines elegance with a welcoming atmosphere: warm wood finishes, rich textiles and spaces framed by bookshelves evoke the feeling of a sophisticated living room. At the heart of the space are the open kitchen and dry-ageing displays, complemented by a dedicated bar and a sushi and raw bar.

The opening of Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Budapest marks another important milestone in the development of BDPST Group’s gastronomic portfolio, adding the first Central European location of a globally renowned restaurant brand and further strengthening Budapest’s position on the region’s culinary map.
