Several flagship venues from the BDPST Group’s hospitality portfolio took part in this year’s MBH Bank Gourmet Festival, each offering its own interpretation of the event’s 2026 theme, The Countryside.

BiBo Budapest presented Pork Nuggets, a signature creation by Chef Dani García and Executive Chef László Kanász. Inspired by traditional Hungarian ingredients, the dish reflects the renowned Spanish chef’s ongoing dialogue with Hungarian cuisine and the creative collaboration between the two chefs, reimagining a countryside classic through a contemporary lens.

Located in Dorothea Hotel Budapest, ANTON by Alelí brought the spirit of Southern Italy to the festival. Chef Giorgio Cavicchiolo showcased signature dishes including Carbonara Calzone, homemade pistachio brioche with gelato, and affogato—celebrating the simplicity and authenticity of Italian street food culture.

Making its festival debut, Lazy Lion introduced visitors to its refined cocktail philosophy with a signature drink inspired by Tokaji Aszú. The concept reflects the bar’s distinctive approach, combining timeless classics with contemporary craftsmanship in an elegant yet relaxed setting.

Patricius Winery welcomed guests with a curated selection of wines from Tokaj-Hegyalja, including its International Wine Challenge Gold Medal-winning Patricius Tokaji 6 Puttonyos Aszú 2019. The selection highlighted the region’s rich winemaking heritage alongside its internationally acclaimed quality.

We are proud that the brands within BDPST Group’s hospitality portfolio could showcase how tradition, creativity, and exceptional hospitality come together at one of Hungary’s leading culinary events.
