Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global and Dorothea Hotel, Budapest, Autograph Collection have entered into a strategic partnership, bringing one of the world’s most renowned culinary brands to Budapest. This agreement marks the beginning of a long-term collaboration between two internationally leading players in the hospitality industry. As part of the partnership, the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill concept will be introduced to Central Europe for the first time. The restaurant is set to open in summer 2026 within the Dorothea Hotel, further enhancing the city’s gastronomic appeal with the arrival of one of the world’s most celebrated chefs.

Founded by globally acclaimed, multi-Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur Gordon Ramsay, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global is one of the largest privately owned restaurant groups in the United Kingdom. With the opening of Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill, Dorothea Hotel will become part of a globally prestigious restaurant network representing the chef’s signature style and culinary philosophy. The restaurant will reinterpret the Bar & Grill concept in a local context, combining premium-quality Hungarian ingredients sourced from sustainable farms with Ramsay’s distinctive international approach. The Budapest menu will feature signature dishes inspired by American and British classics, alongside refined interpretations of traditional Hungarian favorites.
