BDPST Hotel Management is to operate Lifestyle Hotel Mátra in the future, as a result of which the quality of the services of the hotel, which is located in calm, forest environment, is to be improved further. The aim is to make the hotel a popular choice in Hungary among the visitors who wish to relax in mountain environment.

A new hotel type, a mountain wellness hotel is to be added to the hotel portfolio of BDPST Group after BDPST Hotel Management, the consulting company in charge of hotel development and operation within the group is taking over the operation of the 4-star Lifestyle Hotel Mátra located in Mátraháza as of 1 November. Along with the performance of the operational tasks, the contract on the purchase of the company owning the hotel was also signed in October 2021.

The 114-room building complex located at the foot of the Kékes mountain has a restaurant with the capacity of 220 persons, a bar with the capacity of 45 persons and a wellness area. The extensive gastronomic offer of the hotel includes traditional Hungarian as well as Western European and Mediterranean flavours, and they are partly made from the goods of the local producers. The diverse programmes offered by the hotel, such as Nordic walking, cycling or the SPA on 1,200 m2 with a wide range of wellness services all contribute to the experience of perfect relaxation.

Our aim is to make Lifestyle Hotel Mátra even more popular among the guests looking for mental and physical recreation as well as mountain environment. Just like before, the hotel, which is located in calm, forest environment, is still awaiting its guests wishing to relax in the future, as well. The change in the operation of the hotel does not affect the existing and future reservations made in the hotel.
