BOTANIQ
Castle of Tura

The extensive works we launched for the BOTANIQ Castle of Tura, built in the 1880s, includes reconstruction of the roof structure of the building, complete renovation of the exterior and interior, as well as insulation against groundwater.

The latter presented particular challenges during the renovation as a result of decades of poor workmanship, substantially hampering the repairs of the architectural monument.
Our experts are now working to restore the exterior of the castle to its original condition, redesign the interior areas, and restore the decorative elements in order to return the castle to its former glory.

The building stood abandoned for years, and in the absence of the necessary preservation works, it was in a dire condition by 2016.
The restored castle will be operating as a luxury event venue and hotel. It will be open to the wider public on visitor days.
